It had been a while since uShip updated their app. When the time came to make some changes, they approached me to help deliver the news to carriers and shippers, letting users know that their feedback had been heard and implemented. Alongside a new landing page showcasing the new app features, I also updated copy throughout the app for messaging consistency, built out a comprehensive email campaign strategy, and provided marketing copy. At beta launch, the emails sent to carriers were so successful that uShip had to close out the trial to new testers within days.
